In 2013, I co-founded the CD label Caldera Records that is dedicated to releasing international soundtracks in editions of the highest quality. In the course of the years I have worked closely with composers Gabriel Yared (The English Patient), Pinar Toprak (Captain Marvel), Ennio Morricone (Once Upon a Time in the West), Abel Korzeniowski (Penny Dreadful), Joe Kraemer (Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation) and Zbigniew Preisner (Three Colours) as well as with acclaimed directors Mike Leigh (Mr. Turner) and Werner Herzog (Fitzcarraldo).
I have had the honour to release music for films starring Ryan Gosling, Nicolas Cage, Marion Cotillard, Jeff Goldblum, Stellan Skarsgard and Kirsten Dunst.
In 2016, we received an IFMCA Award nomination for Abel Korzeniowski: Early Works as Best Compilation Album. In 2018, we were nominated as Record Label of the Year. In 2020, Variety Magazine called our release of Birds Do It, Bees Do It the Best Classical Film Music Album of 2019.
